Parents' / Legal Guardian’s declaration :

• My/Our ward/son is physically fit and mentally prepared to stay in this residential school and he will be able to follow all the rules and traditions of the Vidyalaya and its hostels. I/We also desire to put my ward/son here in his best interest. My/Our ward is free from any constitutional and hereditary disease or infirmity. Also, he is not subject to any deformity or mental defect which could in any way interfere with his education in a residential school.

• The statements made herein are to the best of my/our knowledge all true. I/We have gone through the Prospectus and Admission Guidelines of the Vidyalaya. We have faith in the objectives of the Ramakrishna Math & Ramakrishna Mission. I/We am/are aware of the rules and regulations of the Vidyalaya and I/we am/are satisfied that they are necessary for the better education of my/our ward. In case of any information given by me/us in this application form is found wrong subsequently, the decision of the Vidyalaya authorities will be final. Again, in case the authorities of the Vidyalaya request me/us to withdraw my/our son/ward for any reason, I/we shall be bound to withdraw my/our son/ward from the school.
